today i made a bet with my fren. i had 1/2 a plate of fried carrot cake n 1/2 a plate of nasi lemak. but after tt we saw a chicken rice stall n i told her i'm able to finish 1 plate of it. she din believe me n bet tt i wun be able to finish it. at first the bet was $20, but later she decided to lower it to $10. haha i knew i can finish tt plate of chicken rice.. so i ate n ate juz to show her tt i'm capable of it. but in the end i only took her $3 ( excluding the $2 for the rice ). must at least have some reward right... i can be such a pig...
seems like everybody is updating their blog. prelims is finally over.. today was slacking at home. realised i'm really not used to this kinda life. yest i saw the schedule for the next month.. really sux loh.. especially for s6 pple. sometimes i have a 5 hr break n most of the time, i'll have to wait for at least 3 hrs for the next lect. econs got so many lect.. sianz man. gonna pia for my econs soon. i confirm die for my prelims.. e q1 was a killer for me. what type of gd is education? i actually chose public when the ans was merit n private! 3C2 n i can actually get it wrong. i totally sux at econs. paper 1 was supposedly easy but i made several stupid mistakes, so gone case for me liao. chem paper 3 was stunning.. i got scared by the first q n went panicking away. finally calmed down at the 3rd last q. when i was doing the 2nd q, i looked to my right n saw meina doing e 3 q, tt's when i started to realise tt i'm super slow... 16min for a q is really not enough. basically i skipped a lot of parts n when i saw the 1st org q, i was like.. huh have i studied tt b4? luckily everything became better when i saw the NMR q. it was the only q tt i was confident of. food chem was a disaster.. soup turned sour? nvr heard of tt. milk in soup.. even worse but i was quite desperate. paper 1 was easy.. but the pOH n pH part was frustrating. paper 2 was ok except for some parts. physics... i always thot i sux at phy.. until bt 2 gave me hope. well i'm hoping to get a B or C. phy was quite tricky.. think i did badly for paper 3, but hopefully the rest of the papers will pull up my marks. guess i have been really inattentive during ms quek lessons. tt's y i had a hard time studying for my phy. maths.. my fav subj. if only everything can be as easy as it. i was over confident for paper 1.. had some really stupid n careless mistakes. was initially quite happy abt it until bernice started pointing out my mistakes... haiz i checked thru once but it still din help. i finished the paper in 2 hrs.. so i started using the leftover papers for econs revison during the last 30min. i shd have checked thru again. paper 2 was pretty ok . i expected a much tougher paper cos most pple found paper 1 easy. this time i took my time checking thru. paper 2 shd be better than paper 1. chem prac is coming up soon. gonna start mugging soon after next week... hope i can finally get an A in econs n phy. tkd grading on 19 oct.. so exciting. i can finally be a yellow belt soon!
decided to blog for today. well these few weeks very sianz cos i got some red spots on my body. went to see doc twice. if it's not getting better by mon, i must go for a blood test.. think is some allergy. well today's phy prac was pretty ok until i realised i recorded the wrong initial V. haiz was damn sad when i realised i made a mistake. the stupid 1st shift person... left me with 59 clips. in the end i had to recount so many times b4 requesting for an additional clip. well my seat was quite nice. behind meina.. haha.. was trying to check who's beside me until i realised is guowei. hah. he did his prac quite fast too. tt lucky guy got 60 clips all becos of me. i finished my prac quite early. even had time to look thru the 2nd prac b4 switching over. i wonder if i got the best fit lines. the clip exp was really stupid.. kept hearing the bang sound n my clips went flying the last few times but it wasn't as bad as guowei's. haha i was laughing cos he kept bending down to pick up the clips. well there is really nothing going on btn him n me. GP was ok. i did the weirdest q on water prob. well for a person who doesn't noe a thing abt current affair, i guess tt's the only q tt i can attempt. compre was ok, but as usual, i din finish the AQ part. now i dunno what to aim for for prelims liao. my chem is a bit hopeless.. i look at the org chem notes n din feel like studying. i only wanna do maths n phy. econs is 4eva so boring. i hate memorising stuff. hope next week will be a fruitful week. i'm gonna miss my class.. but well there's till abt 2 months left to be with them. even though our class dun have many shuai ge ( or rather raymond is the only one ), they r still a fun batch of jiaobins. w/o them my jc life wldn't be so fun. n thanks to all the gals for the wonderful memories.
